Hotel Perrakis welcomes you in the beautiful island of Andros. Our staff is always willing to welcome you and be at your service, offering high-quality services. We want to make your stay at our hotel a pleasant experience, meeting your needs during your vacation or during your business activities. We would like to inform you about our services:

General Policies

  • Check-in is at 15.00. We offer priority early check-in to guests who book online through our website.
  • Check-out is at 11:00 so the room can be cleaned according to our regulations.
  • The Reception is open for the settlement of bills for 8.00 – 23.00
  • Receipts & invoices are not printed, they are sent electronically, trying to help the environment.
  • Our Bar Bites menu is served at the Cyclades Resto & Lounge or via room service from May to September (13:00 – 21:00)
  • The hotel’s departments operate during specific periods.
  • The opening-closing hours of our restaurant can be modified.
  • To minimise water consumption, room and pool towels are changed every 3rd day.
  • Daily change of towels or other linen with an extra charge of 10€ per person applied to the whole room.
  • Our hotel applies a paperless operation policy.
  • The hotel rooms and facilities are not ideal for infants.
  • Pets are allowed with a surcharge of 12€ per day. (Except July & August)
  • Our hotel is not suitable for people with mobility problems. Access to the hotel premises is only by stairs.

Charging & Cancelation Policies

  • Cancellation policies are described on the booking engine on every rate plan.
  • For cards in a currency other than the Euro, the transaction is processed in the customer’s currency.
  • Room balances are advised to be paid on arrival.
  • In case of early departure, 100% of the reservation is charged.
  • For group reservations that consist of 10 people or more, deposits are non-refundable.
  • All event payments, including weddings and baptisms, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
