Our outdoor pool, heart of many sun-soaked memories, underwent careful renovation and officially reopened to guests on May 27, 2025. With sparkling new tiling, refreshed surroundings, and rejuvenated ambiance, it remains your favorite spot to unwind while gazing out over the Aegean’s endless blue.

Welcome (Back) to Francesco

This season also welcomed a refreshed culinary chapter: the Francesco Restaurant debuted on May 23, 2025. Located within our premises, Francesco offers an inspired Mediterranean-Italian menu featuring pasta, pizza, risotto, and burgers—all served with generous portions, thoughtful flavors, and a view that captures the essence of Kypri Bay. We created Francesco in response to what our guests told us they wanted—a balance of local charm and contemporary flair.
