Covid-19 Spread Prevention Measures

According to government guidelines, our hotel that operates all year-round, remains open with safety as a top priority, taking every precaution to make our customers and employees feel safe and secure.

We constantly monitor developments and announcements of the authorities on the Covid-19. Our first priority is the health and safety of our guests and our team members. To ensure this, we have established procedures and routines so that all our customers to feel safe when visiting our hotel.

We follow the instructions of the health authorities and act in accordance with the routines and procedures we have set for any case of COVID-19. Our staff has been trained to handle situations that may occur.

Hygiene and cleanliness have always been our priority.

What we do at our hotel to ensure the safety of our guests against the Covid-19:

We follow the guidelines of the Hellenic National Public Health Organisation and the Greek Government on the safety of hotel guests:

•  Regularly refreshing the air throughout the hotel.
•  Disinfecting all areas and surfaces constantly.
•  Providing easy access to running water and soap.
•  Offering an alcoholic hand cleaning solution.
•  Keeping a record of all persons staying at the hotel.
•  Knowing how to handle any suspicious case.
•  Having sufficient material to prevent infections such as:

• Alcohol hand cleaning solution
• Tissues
• Simple surgical masks
• Disposable gloves
• Thermometers
• Surface cleaning liquids

We recommend to our guests

•  Frequent handwashing with soap and water.
•  Use of alcoholic solution after any contact with money or surfaces.
•  Oral and nose coverage with a tissue during coughing or sneezing.
•  Avoid hand contact with the mouth, nose, and eyes.
•  Avoid any unnecessary hand contact.
•  Maintain a distance of 2 meters with other guests and staff.
